Fikrago Help Me is a free community platform that connects people who need help with people who are willing to help. The platform provides discovery, connection, a two-side help confirmation system, and community feedback tools. Fikrago is NOT a charity, NOT a crowdfunding website, NOT a marketplace, and NOT a payment processor. It never receives, holds, processes, or takes a percentage of money exchanged between users.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens through it. Every account receives a permanent public Fikrago ID (FG-XXXXXX). You may close your account at any time from My Fikrago → Settings; solved help history is kept as permanent community records.
Age requirement: you must be at least 18 years old to use Fikrago Help Me. This platform connects strangers for real-world help, sometimes involving money, personal contact details, and in-person meetings — decisions that require adult judgment and adult legal responsibility. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close that account. Parents and guardians: this service is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
You keep ownership of everything you publish. By posting a request, response, offer, or profile you grant other members the ability to view it on the platform. You agree to publish only truthful content, to respect every member, and to follow the Community Rules. Prohibited behavior includes scams, spam, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, and any attempt to manipulate the rating or confirmation systems.
Help itself happens directly between people, outside the platform. The two-side confirmation system records what each participant states: the helper confirms "I helped", the requester confirms (or declines) receiving the help. Only mutual confirmation marks a request solved and issues a permanent receipt (FH-XXXXXX). Ratings are community feedback from real participants — they are not a Fikrago verification or guarantee of any person.
Fikrago is free. There are no fees, commissions, or premium tiers. A member may publish their own PayPal username so others can support them directly — that arrangement is entirely between those people. Fikrago never acts as an escrow, intermediary, or referee in any financial matter, and any money exchanged between users is done at the parties' own risk.
Fikrago moderates content to keep the community safe: reports are reviewed by humans, and every warning or ban requires a written reason. The platform may hide content, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts that break the rules — with an audit trail and, for temporary bans, automatic restoration. The service is provided "as is": Fikrago does not guarantee that any request will be solved, does not independently verify members or their stories, and is not liable for interactions between users.
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced on the platform. Continuing to use Fikrago Help Me after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? Open a support ticket from the assistant or My Fikrago → Support.
