Fikrago Help Me
What Fikrago Help Me stores, what it shows, and the choices you control. Last updated: September 10, 2026.
Fikrago Help Me is built privacy-first: private information is never exposed by default, contact details are published only by your own choice, and your city appears on requests only if you allow it. You decide — per setting — what is public.
Account: your email, name, and profile image from Google sign-in, your permanent public Fikrago ID, your language and settings. Content: the requests, responses, offers, helper profile, dreams, and stories you publish. Activity: help connections with their confirmations and receipts (FH-XXXXXX), thank-yous, community ratings, notifications, reports, and moderation records where required for safety.
Your public profile shows your Fikrago ID, display name, member-since date, and real activity: open requests, both-confirmed help, community feedback statistics, and thank-yous received. Your email is never public. Your contact channel appears only on requests where you chose to include it, and you can require a click-to-reveal so it is not scraped by bots.
You can delete your account yourself from My Fikrago → Settings. Personal information is anonymized and your content is hidden. Moderation records and solved-help history are preserved — with identity snapshots instead of your personal data — because community safety records and confirmed-help statistics must survive account deletion. Solved requests are permanent community history.
In settings you control: profile visibility (public or limited), whether your city shows on requests, whether contact details require a click to reveal, and which notifications you receive. For anything else — or to export or correct your data — open a support ticket and a human will handle it.
